Delivery and Payment



We accept payment via local POSB bank transfer and Paypal (for international orders):

1. Local bank transfers (in Singapore Dollars)

Payments are to be made to our POSB savings account. We will inform you of the account number in the Order Confirmation email sent to you after you have placed your order. 

If you do not receive the Order Confirmation email within a few minutes after check-out, please check your Junk Mail folder.

Please make payment within 24 hours of receipt of the email, failing which, the order will be deemed to be cancelled. Please email us immediately via email ( after the bank transfer has been made. In your email, please state your name, address, order list, transaction date and transaction reference number. Your order will be shipped the next business day after the full amount has been received.

2. Paypal

Paypal is a secured, fast and convenient way to make payments for both International and Singapore customers. Simply follow Paypal's payment instructions and your order will be shipped on the next business day after payment is received. Delivery will be made using SingPost’s registered mail via SingPost. We reserve all rights to refuse any orders or deliveries as the conditions may warrant. Please note that all international packages must pass through their respective countries' customs office. All charges (including but not limited to import duties and charges) are the responsibilities of the customers and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with the relevant custom office prior to making a purchase to determine these additional charges, if any. Thank you.




Delivery will be made via SingPost Registered Mail, exception for greeting cards, which will be delivered free via standard SingPost mail. In our current promotion, delivery is free for all local orders above S$40 (limited period only).

In the case of unsuccessful deliveries, redelivery charges are to be borne fully by the customer.
