Here are some tips on using the checklist!
To Do section: Tick off the item when it is completed. There is nothing more satisfying than putting pen to paper in making that big fat tick. ;)
To Schedule section: Use this to jot down sudden tasks so that they do not interrupt your planned day. Schedule them for another day if these tasks are not urgent. Penning tasks down keeps the stress at bay when they are not hogging space at the back of our minds.
Daily Habits section: I would suggest having only 1 or two daily habits to maintain so that it is easier to keep the momentum going. However, if you're more ambitious, I have set out 3 lines for you.
My Mini Sweet Reward section: Here's a sweet treat for yourself! Writing it out keeps us motivated and helps ensure that we do not over-reward ourselves too i.e. maybe just half a handful of chips instead of eating a whole pack mindlessly?
Sending you sweet thoughts on your daily journey! Do share with us on how you use the checklist #angkukuehgirl.

We will like to clarify that our WhatsApp stickers can be used on ALL phones including iPhones.
Just that it is available on Google AppStore but not on Apple store yet (we're working on how to get it up on Apple store).
So, all iPhones users, just grab a nice friend with an Android phone to download and send them to you. You can "add them to favourites" and use them after that. Link in comments.

]]>We are so excited to read that a rare copy of the Sejarah Melayu (Malay Annals) has landed in Singapore! There are only five known copies of this book in existence.
The book traces the origin and evolution of the great Malay maritime empire and includes the story of Sang Nila Utama when he arrived in Singapore circa 1299. It was printed in Singapore in the 1840s and edited by Munshi Abdullah, who was Raffles' Malay tutor.
Don't miss this chance to catch a glimpse of history! On exhibition at National Library Singapore (Victoria Street) till 24 March 2019.
]]>In The Straits Times today. Thanks to Benson Ang and Khalid for the article/photo and Judi Ho for the link up! Glad to share something about my experience 😆 #sparkjoy

One of Marie Kondo's tips for decluttering is to begin by imagining your ideal lifestyle. Ideas can be obtained by referencing interior design magazines.
When decluttering my wardrobe, I went a step further by removing most things from it at the beginning. Then I took a few minutes to admire and enjoy the emptiness. This extra step helped in motivating me when clearing excess items as I wanted to achieve the same result. Try it and let me know what you think!

Nothing heals the heart (or thumb) more than thankfulness. Where there's pain, stick on a Plaster of Gratitude and feel your pain melt away. It really works!

]]>Hope that all of you had a better weekend than I had. Sometimes, it takes a minor crisis to remind us of what is important.
My baby was diagnosed with HFMD last Friday and it had been a weekend of high fever, cries and a health scare (which fortunately was not an issue eventually). Thankful that baby is now on the road to recovery.
I wouldn't want any more reminders! 😎
Life's a wild Roller Coaster ride and we all need friends on it!
Wonder Park is an all-new animation movie about a magnificent amusement park where the imagination of a wildly creative girl named June comes alive. She dreams up all kinds of animal friends, like Boomer the Blue Bear. After watching the trailer, I'm looking forward to watching it in cinemas in March 2019!

Let's work towards breaking down self-imposed limits. And take tiny steps out of our comfort zone. 💪 Have a smashing week!
